  I booked Paul to disconnect and reconnect a split system air conditioner as it had to be moved due to building work. We confirmed the dates for the reconnection a few days later by email with 3 weeks notice as December is a busy time of year. However, AFTER he had disconnected the unit he told me he didn't know when he would be able to get back to reconnect. I called him a week later and he shouted at me on the phone that I shouldn't expect him to drop everything, told me he was too busy and to get someone else and hung up on me. I sent him another copy of the work order to remind him he had plenty of notice and the job had been booked.
  
  I have been unable to find anyone on the Coast who is available until February. Meaning we are without air conditioning over Xmas and all of January.
  
  Obviously I do not recommend Paul as he is unreliable, unprofessional and disorganised. His attitude was completely uncalled for and rude to the extreme.
